學術交流｜針灸與銀屑病 針刺、電針與火針在銀屑病樣皮膚炎中的作用： 從免疫調控到神經調節的動物實驗觀察 本文為動物實驗研究之整理，僅作為學術交流與理論參考，並非個別醫療建議。 研究背景：為何在銀屑病中討論針灸？ 銀屑病（psoriasis）是一種慢性自體免疫性皮膚疾病，常見表現為紅斑、脫屑與局部皮膚增厚。 在免疫學層面上，樹突細胞、T 細胞、中性球等多種免疫細胞會釋放 IL-23、IL-17、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-22 等發炎細胞激素， 形成持續被啟動的發炎網絡。 現行西醫治療包含外用類固醇、維生素 D 衍生物、口服 methotrexate（MTX）、生物製劑等。 儘管這些治療幫助了許多患者，研究統計顯示仍有約一半以上的病人對效果或副作用感到不滿意， 因此不少人會尋求補充與替代醫學。 在這些方法之中， 針灸及其相關技術（例如電針、火針等） 是被廣泛使用的一群。臨床上已有不少案例報告與小型研究，顯示針灸對銀屑病具有一定改善潛力， 但不同技術之間的效果差異與作用機制仍不清楚，這正是本研究想要回答的問題。 研究目的：比較三種針灸技術的效果與機制 本研究使用小鼠銀屑病樣皮膚炎模型，比較以下三種針灸相關技術： 一般針刺（acupuncture needling） 電針（electroacupuncture） 火針（fire needling） 研究者希望了解： 這三種方式對 IMQ 誘發的銀屑病樣皮膚炎 是否都有效， 效果有無差異，以及是否藉由 免疫調控與神經調節（neuro-modulation） 來改善皮膚發炎。 研究方法：IMQ 小鼠銀屑病樣皮膚炎模型 研究使用 8 週大的 BALB/c 公鼠，背部剃毛成約 2 × 2 公分方形區域， 以 imiquimod（IMQ）乳膏 塗抹 9 天，誘發銀屑病樣皮膚炎。 主要分組如下（每組 8 隻）：
