Jade Health Acupuncture is currently in the process of applying for direct billing with ICBC and major Extended Health insurers.

At this time, patients pay at the end of each visit. A detailed receipt will be provided so you may submit your own claim.

If you plan to use Extended Health Benefits (such as Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Pacific Blue Cross, GreenShield, iA, and others), please complete the Extended Health form so we can prepare accurate, itemized receipts for your claim.
