🧘‍♀️ 功法(Practice Method)

練習「觀光法」時,可採一般練功姿勢,以坐姿為佳,亦可站、臥。全身放鬆,舌舐上腭,自然呼吸,集中注意力,眼睛輕閉,觀照全身或某一部位即可。

When practicing the Light Observation Method (Guanguang Fa), adopt a regular qigong posture — sitting is preferred, though standing or lying down is also acceptable. Relax the body completely, place the tongue on the upper palate, breathe naturally, close the eyes lightly, and observe either the entire body or a chosen part.

初練時,可將眼內之光意守於小腹、雙膝、腳心、手心。時間一久,所觀部位會出現紅、黃或藍色光亮。若出現光色,不可改變目標,應凝神專注、持續觀照,光會愈來愈明,範圍愈廣,體內漸熱,甚至出汗。

At the beginning, guide the inner light toward the lower abdomen, knees, soles, and palms. After some time, the observed areas may emit red, yellow, or blue light. When light appears, do not change the focus — keep your mind still and continue observing. The light will grow brighter and wider; as it does, the body becomes warm, and light perspiration may occur.

練至一定程度,明亮光氣將覆蓋全身,如「佛光」籠罩。此時不可再強行放大光圈,應守住此境一段時間,之後再逐漸擴展至一臂之遠、室內之遠、村落之遠,最終可放至全球、宇宙。

With continued practice, radiant light-energy will eventually envelop the whole body, like a “Buddha’s halo.” At that point, avoid expanding the light forcefully. Stay in that state for a while, then gradually extend it outward — to an arm’s length, to fill a room, a village, the world, and ultimately the universe.

收功時,由遠而近,將光氣收回至小腹。觀光過程中,可先靜觀一會,再搓手、擦臉、搖身,最後慢慢睜眼。

To conclude, draw the light inward from afar, returning it to the lower abdomen. During the closing phase, observe quietly for a moment, then rub your hands, wipe your face, gently shake your body, and slowly open your eyes.

練功時須除雜念,避免胡思亂想;雷雨閃電、情緒激動、飲酒後皆不可練。觀光法需持之以恆,方能見功。

During practice, remove distractions and avoid scattered thoughts. Do not practice during thunderstorms, after anger, or after drinking alcohol. The Light Observation Method requires persistence to achieve real effect.

最佳練功時間為子、丑、寅時(夜11點至清晨5點),若時間充裕,任何時辰皆可。天晴、月圓之際練習,功效更佳。方位依季節調整:春向東、夏向南、秋向西、冬向北。

The best time to practice is between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., though any time is acceptable if one’s schedule allows. Clear or full-moon nights enhance the results. Orient the body according to the seasons: East in spring, South in summer, West in autumn, and North in winter.

當功力加深時,可見不同顏色的光環自內向外擴散,收功時須由外向內一圈一圈收回,最後縮至小腹下丹田。

As practice deepens, colored halos may appear, radiating outward in layers. During closure, reverse this — draw each ring of light inward until it gathers at the lower dantian.

🌸 功效與功用(Effects and Therapeutic Applications)

治療高血壓、腦貧血

先觀腳心與會陰,穩定觀照後,漸將光氣觀入座下,深入地下三尺或更深。觀向前方可使血壓下降;觀向後方可使血壓上升。收功時,用鼻吸氣、呼氣各三次,呼氣要深長而盡。

For Hypertension and Cerebral Anemia

Focus on the soles and the perineum. After stabilizing the vision, extend the light beneath the seat, about three feet into the earth. Observing forward lowers blood pressure; observing backward raises it. To close, inhale and exhale through the nose three times, making each exhale long and complete.

治療神經衰弱、陽虛、失眠多夢

觀小腹、尾閭、命門三處,氣自然向上旋轉。無論氣感運行或背部震動,皆不必理會,只需專注觀小腹、會陰、命門,自會出現紅、黃、藍光,督脈發熱,全身微汗。收功時,舌攪口左右各七次,先順時針後逆時針,將口液咽入小腹下丹田,最後搓手、搓臉、搖身而睜眼。

For Neurasthenia, Yang Deficiency, and Insomnia with Dream Disturbance

Observe the lower abdomen, tailbone, and mingmen area; qi will rise and circulate naturally. Ignore spontaneous movements — stay focused. Red, yellow, and blue lights may appear; warmth will spread along the Governing Vessel, and light perspiration follows. To close, rotate the tongue seven times each way, swallow the saliva to the lower dantian, then rub the hands and face, shake gently, and open the eyes.

治療腰痛、月經不調、痛經、宮寒不孕、小腸疝氣、陽萎早洩

觀小腹、會陰、尾閭、命門、腳心、手心。舌尖微抵上腭,收腹提肛,儘量持久。無法持續時,以肚臍內收為主,放鬆時肚臍與會陰同時放鬆。收放如海浪往復,動作緩慢。收功時,用鼻深吸氣,同時提肚臍與會陰,舌放平,咽口液三口送至下丹田,再緩緩放鬆,鼻慢呼氣,氣呼盡而深長。

For Low Back Pain, Menstrual Disorders, Dysmenorrhea, Cold Uterus, Infertility, Hernia, and Sexual Weakness

Focus on the lower abdomen, perineum, tailbone, mingmen, soles, and palms. The tongue lightly touches the upper palate; contract the abdomen and lift the perineum as long as possible. When resting, relax both the navel and perineum together. Move slowly, like waves of the ocean. To close, inhale deeply, tighten the navel and perineum, swallow saliva three times into the lower dantian, then slowly relax and exhale through the nose — long, deep, and calm.
