治療閃腰的穴位：二角明

Èr jiǎo míng

ㄦˋ ㄐ一ㄠˇ ㄇ一ㄥˊ

Location: On the center line of the first section of the back of the middle finger.
部位: 在中指背第一節中央線上。

Anatomy: Radioulnar crossed nerve, renal nerve.
解剖: 橈尺交叉神經、腎神經。

Indications: acute lumbar sprain, kidney pain, brow bone pain, and nasal bone pain.
主治: 閃腰岔氣、腎痛、眉稜骨痛、鼻骨痛。

Note:

Acute lumbar sprain 閃腰岔氣

A sprain of the waist and a flash injury. Patients often suffer from the disease due to excessive force when lifting overweight objects, or due to loss of ventilation when carrying heavy objects, resulting in qi and blood stagnation and damage in the waist meridians.
腰部之扭挫閃傷。患者多因力舉超重之物而用力過猛，或搬運重物換氣失時而力所不及者，造成腰部經絡氣血鬱塞損傷而病。
The evidence shows that the patient bends over protectively with his hands, has severe and unbearable local pain, and has lumbar dysfunction, unable to pitch or turn. There is no local redness or swelling, but there are multiple pains, including lumbar disc herniation.
證見患者保護性彎腰、手護，局部疼痛劇烈難忍，腰部功能障礙，不能俯仰、轉側，局部多無紅腫，但多串痛，包括腰椎間盤突出症。
Treatment should be to promote qi, dredge collaterals and remove blood stasis. 治宜行氣通絡化瘀．
Depending on the disease syndrome, massage may be used to reset the herniated intervertebral disc, or acupuncture and qigong may be used in combination. 按病證而選用推拿按摩使突出之椎間盤復位，或配合施以針灸、氣功治療。

Acupoint selection: Select two acupuncture points on the center line of the first section on the back of the middle finger such that divide this section into three equal parts.
取穴: 當中指背第一節中央線，取兩個穴位點，把這一截分三等份

Acupuncture Method: horizontal needle subcutaneously for half a minute.
針刺方法:橫針皮下半分。

From the perspective of Dongshi Qixue, this point has the “renal nerve” passing through it, which can act on the kidneys, so it can treat waist and kidney pain.
如果從董氏奇穴的觀點來看，此穴有“腎神經”通過，能作用於腎，故治閃腰岔氣及腎痛。

There are two points in Erjiao Ming. Generally, a subcutaneous needle is used to insert two points transversely toward the little finger, making two needles in total. Alternatively, a needle can be inserted through the two points from top to bottom.
二角明有兩穴，一般採皮下針向小指方向橫刺二分，共扎兩針，也可由上往下一針貫兩穴。

This point is most effective in treating pain in the eyes of waist, as well as pain in the brow bone. It can also treat pain at the GB25 Jingmen point, Mu Point of the kidney. If used with the Zhongbai point, it can treat forehead pain.
用本穴治腰眼痛，眉稜骨痛最具特效，又能治腎之募穴京門穴處疼痛，若配中白穴可治前額痛。

Dr. Zhong Zhengzhe once treated a patient with lower back pain in Tianjin, China. After acupuncture and treating various acupoints, there was still no effect. Finally, inserting needles Erjiaoming acupoints achieved great results. The patient’s headache for many years was cured because of this, which was miraculous.
鐘政哲醫師曾經在天津治療一腰痛病人，經扎治多種穴位後仍無效果，最後扎治二角明穴而收到大效，病人多年頭痛也因此而愈，甚次神奇。
