Food for Blood: Black Beans

Black beans, also called Black Soybean 黑大豆(又名烏豆、黑豆)

Nature and flavor: flat in nature and sweet in taste. 性味: 性平味甘。

Function: nourishing kidney and yin, nourishing and activating blood, dehumidifying and diluting water, dispelling wind and detoxifying.
功用: 補腎滋陰,補血活血,除濕利水,祛風解毒。

Indications: Kidney deficiency and thirst, infertility, deafness, night sweats and spontaneous sweating. It can also treat blood deficiency, blurred vision, blood in the stool, edema, tinea pedis(Athlete’s foot), jaundice and edema, wind paralysis, spasticity, bone pain, toxic sores on the skin swell and suppurate. It can detoxify arsenic, kansui, tianxiong, aconite, croton, and cantharis.
主治: 腎虛消渴,不孕不育,耳聾,盜汗自汗。還可治血虛,視力模糊,便血,水腫,足癬,黃疸浮腫,風麻痺,筋攣,骨痛,痛腫瘡毒。可解砒石、甘遂、天雄、附子、巴豆、斑蝥諸藥毒。

Nutritional components: Among plants, it has the highest protein content, high carbohydrate and vegetable fat content, and a certain amount of carotene and vitamins. 營養成分:在植物中,蛋白質含量最高,碳水化合物及植物脂公含含量亦較高,並有一定量胡蘿蔔素及維生素等。

Recommended consumption methods 建議食用方法:

Black bean juice: 100 g of black beans, boil until thoroughly cooked, wait for cooling, take the juice and drink it all.
黑豆汁: 黑豆100克,煮至爛熟,待冷卻,取汁全部喝完。

검은콩즙 : 검은콩 100g을 완전히 익을 때까지 끓여 식힌 후 즙을 짜서 모두 마신다.
